The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for attracting, hiring, and successfully onboarding employees for a large Commercial Cleaning Company. This role ensures that our workforce is staffed with qualified, reliable and motivated individuals who are fully trained to deliver safe, high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual, people-focused, has experience in the janitorial world, and able to manage the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding from job posting and interviews to orientation, training, and new hire integration.
