KingsClean is seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff and ensure high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise cleaning team and ensure assigned tasks are completed correctly
• Perform general cleaning duties when needed (trash removal, restroom cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, etc.)
• Ensure supply rooms are organized and stocked
• Communicate with management regarding staff performance and site needs
• Help train new employees
• Ensure safety and cleaning standards are met at all times
Job Requirements:
• Previous cleaning or supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to walk, stand, and lift throughout most of the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
