Position Overview

The Seasonal Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned facilities during our peak season. This position is temporary and seasonal only, with employment ending at the conclusion of the designated season.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and break areas.
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces as assigned.
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning solutions.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and cleaning procedures.
• Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working onsite.
• Clocking in and out is REQUIRED at the start and end of every shift and for all breaks.
• Complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 30 lbs., and move throughout the shift.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Hours may vary depending on workload and site needs.
• This position is SEASONAL ONLY and will end once the seasonal work is completed.
• Continued employment after the season is not guaranteed.
