We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist to join our accounting team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both the accounts payable and billing functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

· Code, enter, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

· Execute payment runs and ensure adherence to company policies.

· Perform monthly credit card reconciliations and follow up on outstanding receipts.

· Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.

· Support month-end close processes and assist with accruals as needed.

Billing Responsibilities:

· Process and review account setup forms to ensure accurate billing configuration.

· Handle credit and rebill requests and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

· Execute regular billing cycles and upload invoices to client portals.

· Reconcile customer accounts and investigate billing discrepancies.

· Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and support issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, billing, or a related accounting function.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in accounting software (AvidXChange and WinTeam preferred)

· High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM

Salary: $65,000
