Job Summary:
We're seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at multiple bank branches and ATMs in the Rochester area. This is an active, in-the-field role where you'll lead by example—rolling up your sleeves to clean alongside your team while ensuring every site meets our top standards. No clipboard-only supervision here; you'll be directly involved in the work, driving a company-provided vehicle (potentially with a crew) to visit sites, provide support, and deliver outstanding results for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in daily cleaning tasks at bank branches and ATMs, including dusting, sanitizing surfaces, floor care, restroom maintenance, and specialized ATM detailing to ensure hygienic and professional standards.
• Supervise and support cleaning crews on-site, providing guidance, training, and hands-on assistance to guarantee thorough and efficient work.
• Conduct regular site inspections during and after shifts to verify quality, address issues immediately, and maintain compliance with safety and client protocols.
• Drive company vehicle between multiple locations (up to 10-15 sites per shift), transporting crew members, supplies, and equipment as needed to optimize operations.
• Build positive relationships with bank staff and clients, responding promptly to feedback and ensuring exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
• Manage scheduling, inventory of cleaning supplies, and basic reporting on site performance and team productivity.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing proper use of PPE, chemicals, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, preferably in high-traffic or secure environments like banks.
• Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead small teams (2-5 people) while staying actively involved in the work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided—no personal car needed).
• Strong physical stamina for hands-on cleaning, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle client interactions and on-the-spot adjustments.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights to align with bank schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in cleaning/safety (e.g., OSHA) a plus.
