Janitorial Site Supervisor – Peoria, IL
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20/hr

ESS Clean, Inc. is looking for a dependable Site Supervisor to lead evening cleaning operations and ensure a safe, spotless facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and hands-on cleaning (buffing floors, carpet cleaning, autoscrubber use)
• Supervise, train, and support a cleaning team
• Maintain supply closets and equipment
• Communicate with the Area Manager, customer contacts, and team members
• Step in to assist with cleaning as needed
• Promote a safe, organized, high-standard worksite

Requirements

• Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in commercial cleaning; able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working independently during evening hours

Preferred

• High school diploma/GED
• Custodial supervision or commercial cleaning experience
• Knowledge of safety protocols and MSDS
