Job Details:

• Perform complete floor resurfacing including: strip, scrub, recoat, burnishing, and buffing. Tile and grout cleaning is a plus.
• Carpet cleaning using truck mount hot extraction equipment 
• Special Projects as assigned
• Additional pay for occasional weekend work (rare)
• Wage based on experience
• Weekly bonuses based on job quality

Position Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Background check with no record of theft
• Physically capable of performing the duties of the role, such as lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling and squatting on a daily basis. The job is physically demanding.
