1. What Is the Position? What Will You Do?
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our commercial client base and promote our janitorial, sanitation, floor-care and green-cleaning solutions.
2. What Will You Do? (Key Responsibilities)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential commercial clients within several industries.
- Present tailored cleaning, disinfection and floor care service proposals to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Foster long-term client relationships and collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
3. Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of proven B2B sales success (service-based sales in the janitorial, facility services, building maintenance, or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; ability to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
