Seeking a Bilingual Supervisor to supervise a building in the Downtown area of Milwaukee, (5:30pm-1:30am) Previous supervisor experience a plus but not required.


Supervises and coordinates the cleaning operations, and the day-to-day activities of the cleaners to satisfy the customer contract and Modern Maintenance’s standards.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure the assigned building is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Assist in training of all cleaning employees, ensuring that all employees have a complete understanding of the company policy, procedures, and expectations.
  • Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments.
  • Order and issue supplies as needed.
  • Inspect all completed work for conformance to Modern Maintenance and customer standards.
  • Efficiently maintain employees’ work schedules daily.
  • As necessary, function in general cleaning role to ensure work is complete.
  • Will assist in all buildings from start to finish when needed.
  • Maintain control of establishment keys in accordance with building procedures, and security.
  • Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring all employees are adhering to grooming and conduct standards.
  • Evaluates employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action of employees when appropriate.
  • Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
  • Report incidents, procedures, or safety violations to District Manager and Human Resources.
  • Correct any customer dissatisfaction the same day/night and keep District Management advised of any problem situations.
  • Conduct safety meetings with employees as needed and assure that proper safety procedures are followed at the job site.
  • Other job duties may be assigned based on customer or management discretion
