Windsor Building Services is growing, and we are in need of additional supervision support. We are seeking an experienced Night Janitorial Supervisor to help lead our evening cleaning operations in the Bryan and College Station area. This is a full-time leadership position with a family-owned company.

To be considered, applicants must have proven janitorial supervision experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise janitorial staff across multiple sites
• Attend daily team meetings at 4:30 PM
• Provide nightly operational summaries
• Train new staff and uphold cleaning standards
• Deliver supplies and manage inventory
• Conduct daily inspections and enforce protocols
• Resolve staff conflicts professionally
• Monitor timekeeping and staff performance
• Fill in on-site as needed for coverage
• Communicate effectively with management and team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience required
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a background check
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs. and work on your feet
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule:

• 8–10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday (Night Shift)
• Rotating weekends + on-call required
• Overtime as needed
