LACOSTA Facility Support Services is looking for a 3rd Shift Team Member to take care of our facilities, maintenance duties as well as painting. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform general light maintenance and repairs as needed
- Mow and maintain yard and landscaped areas
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings to identify plumbing or maintenance issues and report concerns when repairs are beyond scope
- Replace ceiling, floor, and wall tiles as required
- Clean and maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Perform interior and exterior painting touch-ups to maintain property appearance
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned to support facility operations
Schedule
Salary: $13.75/hr.
