Summary


Hands-on leadership role responsible for territory performance, customer retention, and profitable growth through efficient operations and high-quality cleaning services aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Safety Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage on-site supervisors and service staff
  • Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and address performance issues
  • Coordinate with HR on employee relations and union matters as needed
  • Manage scheduling, PTO, payroll input, and ensure safety compliance

Operations & Financial Performance

  • Oversee daily operations across assigned accounts, seven days per week
  • Manage daily payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping
  • Conduct weekly site inspections and address service or compliance gaps
  • Monitor, track, and manage KPIs to meet operational and contractual targets
  • Manage account profitability, productivity, and cost controls
  • Control inventory levels and complete supply ordering
  • Lead new contract start-ups and service implementations
  • Perform employee training to maintain service quality, safety, and performance
  • Identify and implement operational and financial improvement opportunities

Customer Relations

  • Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts
  • Conduct regular site visits, address service issues, and implement action plans
  • Support contract renewals, bids, and growth opportunities

Administration & Reporting

  • Support budgeting, reporting, onboarding, and workforce changes
  • Act as liaison between clients, field teams, and corporate functions

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of management experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 20 pounds
