Full Time Evening Cleaner - Support

Job Description
As a Full Time Evening Cleaner, you'll be doing a number of duties to assure we're living out our mission. You'll be responsible for cleaning, training and overseeing the service at our various customers' buildings. This is a great opportunity to utilize your experience in the commercial cleaning industry.

Work Schedule 

• Monday thru Friday (finish times vary)
• Weekends as needed
• Must come to home office daily

Custodial Cleaning duties include (but are not limited to):

• Training Employees
• Sweeping / Mopping
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Emptying Trash
• General Cleaning
• Stocking Supplies
• Disinfecting
• Occasionally inspecting buildings
• Occasionally delivering supplies

New employees are eligible for a $100 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of their first 30 days of employment. The bonus will be paid on the first regular payday following the 30-day employment anniversary, provided the employee meets all of the following criteria:

• Maintains perfect attendance during the first 30 days (no unexcused absences or no-call/no-shows)
• Completes all required training within the initial 30-day period
• Remains actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in forfeiture of the sign-on bonus. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this bonus program at any time.
