Job Description

We are looking to fill Buffing, Stripping & Waxing positions in Medina.

  • Monday thru Friday: 5 pm - 1 am (Some Weekends)
  • Experience preferred (we will train)

Custodial Cleaning duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Buffing commercial floors
  • Stripping & Waxing Hard floors
  • Work away from the public
  • Light Janitorial duties as needed

New employees are eligible for a $100 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of their first 30 days of employment. The bonus will be paid on the first regular payday following the 30-day employment anniversary, provided the employee meets all of the following criteria:

  • Maintains perfect attendance during the first 30 days (no unexcused absences or no-call/no-shows)
  • Completes all required training within the initial 30-day period
  • Remains actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in forfeiture of the sign-on bonus. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this bonus program at any time.
