Crew Member – Apartment Turnovers & Common Area Cleaning (Full-Time, Day Shift)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Crew Member to help keep our apartment communities clean, fresh, and move-in ready. This role focuses on apartment turnovers and maintaining common areas.

Schedule

Full-time, day shift
Average 35 hours per week
Consistent weekday schedule (occasional flexibility appreciated)

Responsibilities

Clean vacant apartments during move-outs/move-ins (turnovers)
Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, stairwells, lobbies, laundry rooms, etc.)
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Remove trash and light debris
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (not required)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
