We are seeking a dependable and motivated Floor Technician for a 3rd shift position. This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of floor care or janitorial experience who is comfortable working independently. Training will be provided, but prior hands-on experience is required. We are looking for a reliable, self-starter who takes pride in their work and shows up consistently. 

Position Details:  

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Start Date: February 16th, 2026
• General Location: Anderson, SC
• Facility Type: Manufacturing / Industrial
• Shift Time: 10:00pm - 7:00am
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday

General Duties:  

• Floor care including scrubbing, stripping, waxing.
• Vacuuming and general cleaning.
• Restroom cleaning and sanitation.
• Window and surface cleaning.
• Dusting and trash removal.
• Responding to emergency or priority cleaning requests.
• Other miscellaneous janitorial duties as needed.

Standing, walking, bending, and physical activity are required throughout the entire shift.  

Requirements:  

• Minimum 6 months of relevant floor care or janitorial experience.
• Experience operating floor scrubbing equipment, Stripping and waxing floors, and/or Carpet cleaning (machine-based).
• Personal smartphone.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, carry full trash bags, operate and move janitorial equipment, and stock supplies.
• Must be hardworking, reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• Must pass a criminal background check (all applicants are screened).
