Enviro-Clean Services is a fast-growing janitorial and cleaning company with over 1,600 team members across Michigan, and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to join our Holland-area office. If you love organization, juggling multiple priorities, and helping great people get hired, this role might be for you! 

What You’ll Be Doing 

This role is all about full-cycle recruiting and staying on top of the details. You’ll guide candidates from first conversation through hire, while keeping track of multiple roles, timelines, and requirements — all at once. 

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the hiring process from initial screening through onboarding.
• Candidate Screening: Review applications and identify the best-fit candidates.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and keep everyone on track.
• Hiring & Onboarding Coordination: Manage start dates, pre-employment requirements, and compliance steps.
• Detail & Process Management: Track candidates at various stages with different hiring needs — accuracy and organization are key!
• Field Recruiting: Occasionally step out of the office to help promote opportunities and connect with potential candidates.

What We’re Looking For 

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Recruiting or HR experience is a plus, but not required
