Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Working Supervisor to lead custodial staff while actively participating in daily cleaning duties and maintaining school facilities in Teague ISD. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support custodial staff
• Perform daily cleaning duties
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Communicate with management and school staff
• Report maintenance or safety issues
• Train and support new employees

Job Requirements:

• Previous custodial and/or supervisory experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift during most of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Must pass a background check (paid by KingsClean)
• Valid ID required

Descripción del Trabajo:

Buscamos un(a) supervisor(a) responsable y con experiencia que lidere al personal de limpieza y participe activamente en las labores diarias en las escuelas del distrito Teague ISD. 

Responsabilidades:

• Supervisar y apoyar al personal
• Realizar labores de limpieza diariamente
• Mantener estándares de calidad y seguridad
• Comunicarse con supervisores y personal escolar
• Reportar problemas de mantenimiento
• Capacitar a nuevos empleados

Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa en limpieza y/o supervisión (preferida)
• Transporte confiable
• Capacidad para caminar, estar de pie y levantar peso
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras
• Bilingüe (Inglés/Español) preferido
• Pasar verificación de antecedentes (KingsClean cubre el costo)
• Identificación válida
