Job Position Description: This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to: 

• Sweeping, vacuuming (including HEPA), dusting, wiping surfaces
• Construction debris removal & trash-outs
• Detailed final clean: glass, frames, doors, baseboards, fixtures
• Floor care: scrubbing and mopping (equipment provided)
• Adhesive/tape residue removal and spot cleaning
• Cleaning around equipment (mechanical/electrical areas) with safety awareness
• Operate a scissor lift (Training provided) to clean elevated areas (high dusting, vents, overhead piping, walls, windows, ledges)
• Climb and work from ladders (when needed) for elevated/overhead detail cleaning
• Follow PPE and jobsite safety rules; use proper ladder and lift safety practices (pre-use inspection, barricades/spotter when required)

Physical Demands and Qualifications: 

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
•  Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

Hiring Shift 

Monday-Saturday 7am-5:30pm 

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
