LACOSTA is hiring a Day Shift Warehouse Crew Supervisor with proven management experience who is ready to lead a team and has forklift and warehouse experience to support daily plant and warehouse operations in Corinth, MS. This is a full-time, permanent position offering weekly pay and full-time benefits starting at 60 days.
Job Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, 12-hour shifts
(Week 1: Tues/Wed/Sat/Sun | Week 2: Mon/Thurs/Fri)
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
Job Description:
The Warehouse Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily plant and warehouse operations, leading employees across production, pulping, and shipping/receiving while supporting the Site Operations Manager.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and manage employees in coordination with the Site Operations Manager
- Lead teams in production, pulping, and shipping/receiving operations
- Ensure daily operational goals and safety standards are met
- Assist with employee timekeeping and attendance tracking
- Maintain accurate production and operational records
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Support workflow efficiency and problem-solving on the floor
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
- Must provide own steel-toed boots; all other required PPE is provided by the company (steel-toe reimbursement program available)
- Proven experience managing and leading employees
- Familiarity with pulping operations
- Experience in production and shipping/receiving
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting products as needed
- Availability to occasionally work overtime, nights, or weekends
