We are seeking a dependable and versatile Operations Assistant to support multiple facilities as needed. This role requires a high level of responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to travel between locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, teachable, and comfortable stepping in wherever support is needed. 

Position Details: 

• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
• Start Date: Immediate
• General Location: Greenville, SC
• Facility Type: Manufacturing / Industrial
• Shift Time: 2:00pm - 11:00pm
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday

General Duties: 

• Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, dusting, and trash removal
• Respond to emergency or last-minute operational needs as requested
• Travel to different job sites as needed to provide coverage or support
• Handle various miscellaneous tasks to ensure facilities remain clean and operational
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the entire shift

Requirements: 

• Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel to multiple locations
• Personal smartphone for work communication
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, carry full trash bags, and operate janitorial equipment
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Must pass a criminal background check (required for all candidates)
