Seeking a Professional Property Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in a school setting ensuring the facility is kept safe and functional.            

Key Responsibilities:      

General Maintenance:   Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, filling crevices, and cleaning facilities to ensure a tidy environment. 

Repairs: Fix minor plumbing systems and change of light bulbs and minor repair of appliance fixtures. 

Client Interaction: Respond to maintenance requests from clients in a timely manner, providing guidance on property upkeep. 

Documentation: Maintain records of repairs and maintenance tasks performed including expenses incurred for materials and services. 

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards to prevent accidents and injuries
