We are searching for a Multi-site, Working Supervisor in the Elkhart, Indiana area.  Shift hours are 3pm to 11pm, 5 days a week. Pay rate of $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.   

This role will be responsible for:    

• Primary cleaning site (20 hours/week)
• Provides day-to-day supervision of assigned employees, including work direction, coaching, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Ordering supplies when necessary, from area manager & stocking as needed
• Daily communication with area manager regarding customer & employee needs
• Site specific training of new employees
• Inspecting all areas cleaned and documenting inspections
• Standard cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and top to bottom restroom cleaning.

Job Requirements:   

*Acceptable criminal background, no theft.   

*Ability to be a strong coach and leader.   

*Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stoop, squat, and pull.   

*Ability to cooperate, take direction, and willingness to learn.   

*Current Driver's License required
