The ideal candidate will be experienced in using various computer systems and willing to learn the use of work order systems. Must communicate with Project Manager and Client to ensure work orders are completed timely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with the scope of work.
- Ensure compliance with customer work order program.
- Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
- Review, receive and inventory supplies/equipment.
- Review monthly financials.
- Direct communication with vendors.
- Experience in a fast-paced office setting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
