What You’ll Do

• Manage labor hours for assigned locations
• Conduct quality inspections using Otuvy
• Help develop and adjust work schedules
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Ensure all safety standards are followed
• Adapt to staffing and customer needs as they arise
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues
• Build strong working relationships with employees and clients
• Provide clear and honest performance feedback
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory
• Look for ways to improve processes and efficiency
• Address customer concerns promptly
• Support frontline cleaning work when needed
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office)
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Must be 18+
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
• Must live in the Tri-City area
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude

Preferred

• 2+ years of janitorial experience
• Familiarity with cleaning operations
