This is a Full-time Position that offers scheduling flexibility. This role requires availability during both first and second shift hours and includes scheduled office hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Account Management
· Daily verify each account is cleaned as contracted to be cleaned
· Proactively ensure every detail of each Scope of Work is executed well and on time
· Complete required inspections at accounts each month
· Achieve success in all areas of measurement contained on the Area Manager scorecard
· Hold each account to budget
Personnel Management
· Train janitorial staff to perform their assignments effectively, efficiently and safely
· Follow the SOP for employee reviews to evaluate work performance
· Responsible for managing, fixing and reducing missing clocks, coaching employees as needed
· Scheduling and covering Cleaning Specialists
Client Relations
· Build and maintain rapport with clients and follow prescribed meeting schedule based on client size
· Represent the Company professionally to the client in both written and verbal communication
· Fully address any client complaints or questions in a timely and decisive manner
Supplies Management
· Maintains equipment at accounts
· Order supplies and cleaning product to ensure closets are continually stocked
· Ensure janitor closets are clean, neat and stocked with supplies and cleaning cloths
