Job Summary

KingsClean is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Operations to help lead and grow our custodial operations. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, supporting staff performance, and ensuring company standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily custodial operations
• Supervise, train, and develop staff
• Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Assist with business development and performance monitoring
• Maintain operational and financial standards

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 per year
• Health & Dental Insurance
• Company Cell Phone Provided
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per year

Requirements

• Experience in custodial supervision and/or management
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (preferred, not required)
• Experience with floor care equipment
• Experience training and developing staff
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
