2nd Shift | Full-Time | $18.25/hour

About the Role

The Team Lead Cleaner plays a key role in overseeing daily custodial operations. This position is best suited for individuals with prior leadership or solid hands-on custodial experience who are comfortable directing a team while maintaining high cleaning standards.

You’ll help ensure our schools are clean, safe, secure, and ready to welcome students, staff, and the community each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of custodians, ensuring consistent adherence to cleaning standards
• Assign and adjust daily tasks based on facility needs
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, safety, and attention to detail
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff
• Perform general custodial duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, etc.)
• Secure buildings at the end of each shift, including locking doors and setting alarm systems

What We’re Looking For

• Previous lead experience preferred
• Previous custodial or facilities experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
