Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician to maintain and restore flooring surfaces in a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with floor care procedures and a strong attention to detail, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Start Date: February 23rd, 2026
General Location: Florence, SC
Facility Type: Medical Office
Shift Time: 5:00pm - 12:00am
Shift Days: Monday - Friday

General Duties:

Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing
Carpet cleaning and spot treatment
Operate and maintain floor care equipment and machinery
Clean and maintain surrounding areas as needed (dusting, trash removal, restrooms, etc.)
Respond to emergency or special cleaning requests as assigned
Follow safety protocols and facility standards at all times
Standing, walking, and bending will be required for all job duties for the entire shift.
Must be hardworking, reliable, customer service-oriented, friendly, professional, and able to work well on a team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of floor technician experience
Proven skills with stripping and waxing floors, buffing, and carpet cleaning
Transferable skills related to commercial or medical facility cleaning
Personal smartphone
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal background check (required for all candidates)
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
