Operations Senior Manager 

  

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations, service delivery, and operational excellence across multiple client sites. This role provides hands-on leadership to ensure consistent quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and professional growth. 

  

Key Responsibilities 

  

Operational Leadership 

  • Oversee daily operations across all janitorial accounts to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and front-line employees.
  • Drive operational consistency through effective systems, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement best practices for efficiency, safety, and quality improvement.

Quality and Service Excellence 

  • Inspire a culture of excellence by setting and maintaining measurable quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address service issues promptly and proactively.

People and Culture 

  • Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  • Model compassionate leadership by fostering open communication, recognition, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with HR on recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives.

Strategic and Financial Management 

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish operational goals, budgets, and growth strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Contribute to business development and client retention through operational excellence and relationship management.
