21st Century Janitorial Services is currently hiring motivated and reliable team members for multiple janitorial positions in Mountain Home, AR. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing team.
Open Positions:
- Cleaner – Responsible for general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
- Day Porter – Maintains cleanliness during daytime hours, including restocking supplies, light cleaning, and responding to facility needs.
- Supervisor – Oversees cleaning staff, ensures quality standards are met, and helps coordinate daily operations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Restocking cleaning supplies
- Following company cleaning and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Reliable and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Cleaning experience is a plus but not required
