Responsibilities of Day Porter Custodian/Janitor:

• Clean and restock restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles
• Wipe down hard surfaces
• Sweep, mop floors
• Clean interior windows/doors
• Moving light furniture on occasion

Requirements of Day Porter Custodian/Janitor:

• No Experience, No Problem! Higher pay with experience.
• High customer service - Must present the right personality in this role! Interactions daily with the customer
• Attention to detail - pristine building
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions. 

Typical Shift - 7:30am to 4:00pm - Monday through Friday
