With over 60 years of cleaning experience, we have established ourselves as a dynamic regional contractor.

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Supervisor to join our team, working Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The position starts at $18.75 per hour, with a pay increase after a 60-day probationary period. This role is based at a school facility in the Lodi area and involves a variety of custodial responsibilities, including cleaning classrooms, restrooms, stairways, and other common areas.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, works well with a team, and is capable of handling multiple cleaning tasks. Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required. In this role, you will support the account manager by helping ensure adequate staffing coverage and may assist with special projects as needed. Experience with floor care equipment is preferred.

Duties include cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, wiping down tables, dusting, vacuuming, and running floor care equipment. This position will report directly to Oliver for assignment nightly. Cleaner will be working alone after fully trained in area route. Lodi District buildings are not on bus route so cleaner must have own transportation. Driver's license required as they will be traveling from School to School. Free is parking available on site.

General Cleaners maintain the cleanliness of their designated buildings/areas by performing various cleaning duties. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor/manager.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES:

 •Dust surfaces include desktops, cabinet tops, partitions,       

 •Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to designated disposal area

•Sweep and mop hard-surfaced floors

•Vacuum floors using upright vacuum and/or vac packs

•Spot clean carpet .

•Clean glass areas.

•Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.

•Clean restrooms and maintain supplies- ensure restrooms are stocked

•Polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.

•Job duties and/or assigned areas may be modified at any time based on customer or manager discretion.

•Follow all company Safety standards and procedures.
