Regional Sales Representative
B&T Building Services
Full-Time | $55,000 – $80,000 Base + Commission | Company Vehicle Provided
B&T Building Services is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, high-energy Regional Sales Representative to help us grow our footprint and build lasting client relationships.If you thrive on closing deals, building connections, and seeing the direct impact of your work on company growth, this is the opportunity for you.Our mission is simple: “Improve the lives of our employees and the communities we serve.”
· Generate new business through networking, referrals, inbound/outbound marketing, and cold outreach
· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding
· Conduct walkthroughs and build customized service proposals for clients
· Maintain and track all activity in CRM
· Collaborate with operations to ensure profitable and efficient service delivery
· Transition new accounts smoothly to the operations team
· Participate in sales and marketing strategy meetings to drive growth
· Consistently hitting sales and revenue goals
· Building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
· Closing profitable, long-term accounts
· Maintaining strong client relationships
· 5+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
· Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stay organized
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
· Valid driver’s license required
· Experience in commercial cleaning or service-based industries is a plus
Base Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
Commission: Earn 1.25× one month’s gross profit per new account, paid over 6 months (25% upfront, then 15% monthly).
