• Position: Carpet & Window Cleaning Technician
• Location: Medina Area
• Job Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Additional Hours: Some evenings and weekends as needed
• Starting Pay: $12 - $16 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team primarily as a Carpet Cleaning Technician, with additional responsibilities in window cleaning and other services.

This is a hands-on role that includes working independently, interacting with customers, and growing your skills across multiple service areas.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Perform carpet cleaning in residential and commercial settings
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
• Asses carpet conditions and recommend appropriate services 

Additional Duties

• Window cleaning as needed
• Cleaning area rugs (in shop and residential)
• Scheduling appointments for your service area
• Driving company vans to sites
• Communicating with customers about services and pricing
• Collecting and submitting customer payment information
• Upselling additional services when appropriate
• Cross-training in duct cleaning and other services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in carpet cleaning or floor care preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
• Upselling experience is a plus
• Willingness to cross train in window and duct cleaning
• Valid Drivers license, reliable transportation and full auto insurance
• Acceptable driving record 
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management and punctuality
• Positive attitude with customers and team members
• No felony convictions

Additional Information

• Reports To: Division Manager
• Shift: Primarily 1st shift with occasional flex hours
• Work Location: On-site as well as Medina and the surrounding region
• Remote Work: Not availiable
