Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of cleaners and technicians on job sites, ensuring all metal and marble surfaces are cleaned, polished, restored, and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Perform hands-on work as needed, including deep cleaning, honing, polishing, sealing, and stain removal on natural stone (marble, granite, etc.) and various metal finishes.
  • Inspect work quality before, during, and after shifts to meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, use of specialized cleaners, equipment, and safety protocols for stone and metal care.
  • Schedule daily tasks, assign jobs, and manage time efficiently across multiple sites.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals; order as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper handling of restoration products.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, property managers, and upper management regarding job progress and any issues.
  • Handle light administrative tasks such as daily reports, time tracking, and quality documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supervising cleaning or restoration teams (1–3+ years preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of marble/stone care and metal polishing/cleaning techniques is a strong plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various environments (commercial, residential, or office buildings).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided for qualified candidates).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and professionalism.
  • Flexible availability, including possible early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on client needs.
