We’re looking for a SR HR Generalist to join our growing HR team—someone who’s passionate about people, business-savvy, and ready to help us scale smart and sustainably.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a key partner to regional and operational leaders
  • Lead employee/labor relations, recruitment, talent development, and organizational design efforts
  • Support a positive culture across diverse, multi-site teams
  • Ensure compliance and consistency while navigating rapid growth and change.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of HRBP or HR leadership experience, ideally in multi-site or service-based industries and at least 3 years managing in a labor setting (32BJ preferred)
  • A proven ability to build trust, coach leaders, and drive business outcomes through people
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee engagement, and HR best practices
  • A mindset that’s both strategic and hands-on
