Job Description- Part-Time Position

(15) hours a week (Weekend Shift)

HES is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as custodian to support our regional account base that specialized in custodial services for businesses. The overall goal will be the ability to achieve long-term successful relationship with the customers that that will translate into solid financial results for HES.

 

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary

The Pressure Washer Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining exterior surfaces using high-pressure washing equipment. This role ensures buildings, driveways, sidewalks, vehicles, and other surfaces are cleaned safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. When pressure cleaning work is unavailable - window washing and special projects work to be done.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • DRIVERS LICENSE
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Basic custodial knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
