Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our field operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing cleaning crews, ensuring exceptional service quality, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and cleaning technicians (50+ staff)
  • Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and deployment of cleaning crews
  • Perform regular site inspections and quality control audits
  • Maintain strong client relationships and promptly resolve any service issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain quality cleaning staff, supervsors and managers 
  • Control labor costs while upholding high service standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
  • Respond to urgent client needs (occasional after-hours availability required)

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of operations management experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facilities maintenance (required)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, chemicals, and equipment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
