On-Site Working Supervisor Part time (2 days a week)

Location: Little Rock, AR 72032 Pay: $15 per hour Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday | Job Type: Part-time

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for cleanliness? We are looking for dedicated On-Site Working Supervisor to join our team in Little Rock (72209). You will be responsible for overseeing our cleaning operations, ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, and leading a team of cleaners to success.

Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, "lead by example" Working Supervisor to join our janitorial team. This isn’t a "sit-in-the-office" role—you are the frontline leader who ensures our clients’ facilities are spotless while working alongside your team. You will balance your time between performing cleaning tasks and overseeing the performance, safety, and quality standards of your crew.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Training

• Directly supervise a team of cleaners during the shift.
• Train new hires on proper chemical dilution, equipment safety, and our Way of cleaning.
• Coordinate nightly assignments and ensure all zones are covered, especially during staff absences.

2. Quality Control & Inspections

• Conduct nightly "walk-throughs" to ensure all work meets contract specifications.
• Address "punch-list" items or client complaints immediately to prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure the janitorial closet is organized and that equipment (vacuums, floor buffers, etc.) is maintained.

3. Hands-On Cleaning

• Perform standard cleaning duties alongside the team, including dusting, mopping, restroom sanitation, and trash removal.
• Step in to cover open sections or high-priority tasks as needed.
