Key Responsibilities:

• Site maintenance: Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and removing debris to maintain safety.
• Material handling: Loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting materials and equipment.
• Operational support: Assisting cleaners with vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, trash disposal, emergency requests, and many other miscellaneous cleaning duties.
• Tool Operation: Using basic power tools safely.General repairs: Performing minor repairs, furniture assembly, and maintenance tasks.Qualifications and skills:
• Physical strength: Ability to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions. >30lbs
• Safety awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to use protective gear.
• Communication: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and report issues to clients. Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide positive service experiencesExperience:
• Previous experience in janitorial is preferred but not required.Physical demands:
• Significant physical activity, including lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
• Working in varying weather conditions and environments.
