Floor Care Technician- No Weekends

Positions Available: 2 (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM-

No rotation shifts or weekend hours.

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 / Hour (Based on experience)

Whether you are an experienced pro or a hardworking individual looking to learn a specialized trade, we provide the tools and training for you to succeed.

What Sets This Position Apart?

• Mobile Role: Work across various sites with paid travel time between locations.

The Work

As a Floor Care Technician, you will be the expert responsible for the "deep clean" that keeps our clients' facilities looking brand new.

• Floor Maintenance: Buffing, stripping, and waxing various floor surfaces.
• Carpet Care: Professional carpet cleaning and spot treatment.
• Equipment Mastery: Operating and maintaining floor scrubbers, buffers, and extractors.
• Quality Control: Taking a "can-do" approach to ensure every site meets our high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior floor care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
• Driver Requirements: Must have a valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and personal vehicle insurance.
• Reliability: A detail-oriented professional who is punctual and hardworking.
• Attitude: A positive, "extra mile" mindset and the ability to work independently or as a team.
