We are looking for an experienced Hard Surface Floor Technician who will represent our Core Values of Be Respectful, Take Responsibility, and Handle It.

We expect our employees to treat each other and our customers with respect in their attitude and appearance, take responsibility for their work by performing to the best of their ability, and demonstrate they are willing and able to handle a job with a positive attitude. This position works in a team environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Complete floor care services: strip, scrub, recoat, burnish, and buff
• Tile & grout cleaning (preferred, not required)
• Special project work as assigned
• Occasional weekend work (premium pay)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years professional hard surface floor care experience as reflected on resume
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check (no theft-related offenses)
• Physically able to perform demanding work:
• • Lift up to 60 lbs
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and squatting
