Job Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time) 

• 1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate:

•  $17.50/hr, paid weekly 

Job Duties: 

Maintaining an outstanding appearance to all floors (hard wood and carpet) throughout the facility. 

• Operate floor scrubber machines to clean hard surface floors
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors before and after scrubbing
• Mix and use cleaning solutions according to safety guidelines
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
• Follow safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards promptly
• Complete tasks efficiently while meeting cleanliness standards

Requirements

• MUST be able to identify floor care machines and have experience using them. 
• Pass background check and drug screening 
• Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures. 
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. 
• Must wear LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed shoes/boots, safety glasses, safety vest, ear plugs, and long pants while working. 
• Remove all jewelry and accessories.
