The Cleaning Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the medical office facility, ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize offices, examination rooms, waiting areas, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas including door handles, counters, light switches, and furniture.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean mirrors, glass doors, windows, and other visible surfaces.
- Restock restroom supplies and maintain sanitary conditions.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety standards, and infection-control practices.
- Properly use and store cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns when identified.
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
- Previous experience in commercial or medical office cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Schedule:
- Day Porter: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Cleaner 1: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Cleaner 2: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Cleaner 3: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
