We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic facilities team. Your expertise will help maintain a seamless environment by performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing facility operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and technical skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Duties

• Review property for needed repairs and maintenance
• Work with the team to address and stay ahead of work orders assigned within 48 hours of receipt
• Inspect and repair windscreens and court equipment as well as other minor repairs (fences, locks, doors, plumbing, gates, etc.)
• Assist with holiday décor, furniture set up, sign posting, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of property and surrounding areas (clubhouse, bathrooms, pool deck, etc.) by removing trash and regular upkeeping
• Other duties as assigned
