Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Grounds Porter (Full-Time)Location: Williston, VT

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced

Maintenance Technician / Grounds Porter to join our team in Williston, VT. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks including:
- Painting
- Drywall repair and patchwork
- Light plumbing repairs
- Replacing light bulbs and fixtures
Maintain cleanliness of the property grounds:
- Empty trash receptacles
- Pick up trash and debris
- Operate equipment such as backpack leaf blowers, Billy Goat vacuums, pressure washers, and other maintenance tools
- Use of pressure washer for sidewalks, buildings, and common areas
Complete miscellaneous handyman duties as assigned

Requirements:

Prior handyman/maintenance experience required
Experience operating pressure washers and other maintenance equipment
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must be able to lift/push/pull 40lbs
Must be comfortable using ladder
