Job Description

Guaranteed Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced Day Porter to maintain a professional commercial office building in Ashburn, VA. This position requires someone who is dependable, professional, customer-focused, and able to work independently throughout the day while responding to the needs of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lobbies, offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies.
• Remove trash and recycling throughout the day.
• Perform touch-point disinfecting and spot cleaning.
• Respond to cleaning requests promptly.
• Communicate professionally with building occupants and management.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning or day porter experience required.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Background check may be required.
