Position Summary
ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a dependable and motivated Janitorial Floater/Warehouse Worker to join our Baton Rouge team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in maintaining clean, organized, and professional environments.
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 6 hours per day
- 18 hours per week
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain an assigned off-site office location three days per week.
- Maintain the ServiceMaster Clean Baton Rouge office, including:
- General office cleaning and sanitation
- Laundering and organizing cleaning towels, mops, and other reusable supplies
- Restocking janitorial products and supplies
- Assist with warehouse duties, including:
- Organizing inventory and equipment
- Loading and unloading supplies as needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
