Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the shopping center through routine maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair a variety of building maintenance issues, including plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring repairs.
• Replace lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, and bulbs throughout the property.
• Repair and maintain restroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, faucets, and related plumbing components.
• Complete drywall repairs, patching, texturing, painting, and tile replacement as needed.
• Safely operate scissor lifts, ladders, and other equipment to perform work at elevated heights.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to minimize equipment downtime and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down for property events, tenant needs, and special projects.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
